1. Agreement
By accessing or using SocialSizer (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. SocialSizer is operated by DigitalTiger.
2. Your content
You retain full ownership of any images you process. Because all processing happens in your browser, we never receive, view, or store your images. You are solely responsible for the content you upload and for ensuring you have the rights to use it.
3. Acceptable use
- Do not use the Service to process content that is illegal, harmful, or infringes the rights of others.
- Do not attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, overload, or otherwise abuse the Service.
- Do not resell or redistribute the Service without written permission.
4. Access codes
Access to the engine may be gated by a code. Codes are issued for individual use and should not be shared publicly. We may revoke access at any time for abuse or non-payment.
5. Intellectual property
The Service, including its design, code, branding and trademarks, is owned by DigitalTiger. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our intellectual property beyond using the Service as intended.
6. Disclaimer
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that the output will meet every platform’s specification at every point in time.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, DigitalTiger will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the preceding twelve months.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access at any time for breach of these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
