SocialSizer is built by DigitalTiger. We do not upload, store or transmit the images you process. All resizing happens inside your browser on your device. We collect the minimum information needed to run the website and respond to support requests.
2. Information we collect
- Images: never leave your device. They are not sent to our servers, third parties, or analytics tools.
- Access credentials: if you sign in to the engine, we store the access code locally in your browser.
- Usage data: standard server logs (IP address, browser, pages visited) for security and performance monitoring.
- Cookies: a small cookie to remember that you accepted the consent banner.
- Support emails: any information you choose to send us via support or contact channels.
3. How we use information
To operate and secure the website, to fix bugs and improve performance, and to respond to your questions. We do not sell your data, and we do not use it to build advertising profiles.
4. Third parties
The site is hosted on cloud infrastructure that handles standard request logging. Support tickets are processed through Zendesk. We only share data with these providers as needed to deliver the service.
5. Data retention
Server logs are kept for a short rolling window. Support correspondence is retained for as long as needed to resolve your request. Local browser data can be cleared at any time from your browser settings.
6. Your rights
You can request a copy or deletion of any personal data we hold about you by emailing us at the address on the Contact page. We will respond within a reasonable time frame.
